A deposit secures your booking date and reserves our availability exclusively for your transport.
Once your booking is confirmed, we schedule your transport, reserve equipment if required, and often decline other bookings for the same time.
The deposit helps cover these commitments and ensures we can provide reliable service to all customers.

The remaining balance is payable on or before delivery.

Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Yes.
Your vehicle is insured while it is in our care during loading, transport and unloading.
Please note that, like all road transport, insurance does not cover normal road-use risks such as accidental stone chips, road debris or general environmental exposure during transit.

Yes, provided suitable access and loading arrangements are available.
For safety reasons, we require access to the vehicle and the keys to be available at pickup so it can be safely loaded, secured and unloaded.

Personal belongings are transported at the owner's risk and are not covered under our transport insurance.
